Privacy

Your name, e-mail address and telephone number are confidential. We will maintain this information in our database. We may use it to facilitate your user experience with our website, as well as, when necessary, to contact you. We may use your e-mail address to contact you with announcements and information regarding events.

We will not sell or provide your contact information to any other third party organization.

Cancellations, Refunds & Make-up Policy

If you are unable to attend an event you registered for, notify the director planning the event immediately (listed both on Eventbrite™ and in Contact Us). Notification must be at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit of 50% off the price paid for the workshop. Credit must be used within a period of 2 months after credit is issued. If a cancellation notice is not received within the 72 hour delay or if you do not show up for an event, you are not under any circumstances eligible for a refund, make-up event or credit.

Event Cancellation/Postponement

We will make every effort to ensure that all events proceed as planned. We will only cancel an event in a case of unforeseen circumstances or if we’re confident that the experience for our guests would not be up to our standards. Upon cancellation, guests will be given a credit towards a future event.

Liability

Sociale or any venue hosting an event will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injuries. You may be asked to sign a liability waiver when attending some workshops.

Photographs at Events

Sociale will take photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed materials, newsletters, blogs, on Eventbrite™, on our website and social media. By registering for one of our events you’re giving Sociale permission to use the image(s) taken at events in publicity material.

Sociale takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property.

Sociale also reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who has not conducted himself/herself in a proper manner or who we have received complaints about during an event.

Sociale reserves the right to alter any aspect of its services, including but not limited to pricing, at any time without notice.

Sociale sends e-mail newsletters to members and periodically sends e-mails about upcoming workshops, promotional events, etc. Our members can opt-out of receiving communications from us by unsubscribing from our mailing list.
